Helping with the Puzzle?

Another creative optical illusion that makes you wonder. Is the woman helping to put the puzzle together, or not? I think I have the answer: The answer is that she is not helping. Here's why: If she is indeed in the puzzle, she isn't helping, right? Second of all, if she really is standing on top of the puzzle, that isn't much of a help is it? She'll mess up the pieces by stepping on the puzzle!

Wouldn't this painting make a perfect optical illusion puzzle? Then you could photograph yourself standing on the puzzle, putting this mind bending puzzle together!
