Optical Illusion Art Collection #2

Great - you made it to our second collection of optical illusion pictures... How about the definition of an optical illusion:

You are quite a loyal visitor (our favorite kind!!) You've braved many of the optical illusion images in the first collection, but you hunger for even more!

In this section, you'll see many ambiguous optical illusions. The definition of this type of optical illusion is a picture that the exact same picture may appear to trick your eye and be many things. For example, you'll see a painting that looks like a man on a horse that also is a collection of a bunch of faces. You'll see freaky objects that can't appear to be possible, and you'll see some photos that will trick you.

What does the dictionary say that the definition of an optical illusion is?

n. A visually perceived image that is deceptive or misleading. (American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language, Fourth Edition)

noun. visual perception of a real object in such a way as to misinterpret its actual nature (Merriam-Webster Medical Dictionary

noun. an optical phenomenon that results in a false or deceptive visual impression. WordNet - Princeton University.
